Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. 

We use PEP-Paxi and Courier Guy as our courier services.

Uber package is available for clients located in Durban.

Delivery takes 1-7 working days depending on courier service client chooses. 

Exchange Policy

We only allow exchange of a unit within 24 hours of receiving a unit. 

Unit should be in the same state client received it in - same packaging with no products and/or cut cut lace. 

Please note that customer is responsible for courier costs of exchanging a unit.

Refund Policy 

We do not allow refunds of units
